We would like to help local businesses boost their presence within the pole community here in Ireland & beyond by giving affordable opportunities to publicise their brand, to showcase, sell and promote their business products and services.

This year our Black Tie event takes place at the newly refurbished

Mandela Hall | Queens Belfast | Sat 21st September

Sponsors will be exposed to over 400 spectators and competitors at the main event.A further 100 at our ‘Black Tie’ Live Streaming event as well as reaching those further afield via live stream.

Vendor Package (£150)

– You will have a table in the vendor area to include 2 chairs

– Flyers you provide will be placed in competitor gift bags and on every spectator seat at the venue.- Your logo will be featured on the TAIPDC website SPONSORS PAGE – You will receive approximately 250 words featured on website promoting your organisation with your website link & contact details.

• 2 x Vendor passes & standard access to the main hall.

– Announced on social media

– Banner / Logo displayed on the big screens throughout the event

We are exclusively limiting to 5 Vendor spaces and 2 demonstration spaces for those with poles/equipment, so it is advised to get in touch as soon as possible if you would like to get involved.

Premium (£250)

(Limited to 4 Sponsors)

– Your digital flyer will be included in the WINNERS  YouTube competitor performance videos for all categories

– Flyers you provide will be placed in competitor gift bags and at the venue & on all spectator seats.- Your logo will be featured on AIPDC website SPONSORS PAGE & announced on social media – You will receive approximately 250 words featured on website promoting your organisation with your website link & contact details. 

– 2 x VIP front row seats. 

– You will have a table in the vendor area to include 2 chairs

– The pole cleaners will wear your company logo whilst pole cleaning, in between each athlete and during the awards ceremony. Your company will be mentioned at the beginning and end of each category.

– Banner / Logo displayed on the big screens throughout the event 

Flyers / Products Goodie Bags – £40

You will have the opportunity to have your flyer or if you have any products/free samples you would like placed on every spectator seat & competitor goodie bags. 

Flyers & products must be supplied 2 weeks prior to the event.

Vendors & Sponsors are requested to offer products, vouchers towards products / services to the winners goodie bags in each of the categories. 

For bookings, payment will be via Bank Transfer on confirmation of interest and invoice.
